1. What we do

Diva Escort is an introduction agency. We introduce adults to independent professional companions for dinners, social events, travel companionship and weekends, and we coordinate the arrangements around those engagements.

The companions are self-employed professionals, not our employees. They decide freely which engagements to accept and may decline any request without giving a reason.

2. Who may use this service

Only adults aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and to decline any request, at any point, without explanation.

3. Requests and confirmation

• A request sent through the form is a request, not a booking.
• A booking exists only once we have confirmed it explicitly, with the companion, the date, the duration, the meeting point and the fee all stated.
• We recommend 24 to 48 hours’ notice for a dinner or an event in Switzerland, and about a week for travel and weekends. We do take last-minute requests whenever the diary allows.

4. Rates and payment

• The rates published on this site are indicative minimum figures (“from”). The exact fee is confirmed in private before every engagement.
• The Swiss franc is the settlement currency. Euro amounts shown on the site are a courtesy conversion, not a separate price, and the rate applied is the one confirmed with you.
• Payment is in cash at the start of the engagement, or by bank transfer in advance with a neutral reference.
• Travel and weekend bookings ask for a partial deposit beforehand, stated when the booking is confirmed.
• The fee covers time and social company, and the agency’s coordination. It covers nothing else.

5. Cancellations and changes

• More than 24 hours before: cancel free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours before: a partial fee applies, stated to you when the booking was confirmed.
• No-show: the full fee is due.
• If we cancel: any deposit is refunded in full, and we offer an alternative wherever we can.
• For travel and multi-day bookings, longer notice periods apply and are agreed in writing case by case.

6. Conduct

Engagements are built on mutual respect. A companion may end an engagement at any moment, without refund, if she feels unsafe, is treated disrespectfully, or is pressed into anything that was not agreed.

Being noticeably intoxicated, aggressive or coercive ends the engagement immediately and ends the relationship with the agency permanently.

Photographing or recording a companion without her express prior consent is forbidden.

7. Discretion

We treat everything you tell us in confidence and expect the same in return. Details of a companion — anything told to you in private, and anything you learn in the course of an engagement — are not yours to share, publish or post.

8. Limits

The agency arranges time and social company. It arranges nothing else, and no fee paid to the agency or to a companion should be understood as payment for anything else. What two consenting adults choose to do with their own time is a matter between them, and no part of the agency’s service.

9. Liability

Our obligation is to introduce and to coordinate with care. We are not liable for how any individual engagement turns out, nor for the independent conduct of a companion or a client. We are liable for our own service, on the terms the Swiss Code of Obligations provides. [Swiss law limits how far liability may be excluded in advance — art. 100 CO. 10. Personal data

Data handling is described in the privacy policy. In short: we collect the minimum, we pass it to nobody, and we delete it on request.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment a booking is confirmed.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law governs these terms. The place of jurisdiction is [SWITZERLAND / the agency’s registered seat], without prejudice to any mandatory forum a consumer is entitled to under the Civil Procedure Code or an applicable international convention.
