Legal notice
⚠ Draft for legal review — Swiss and cantonal. Written against Swiss federal expectations for identifying a business online (commercial-register identification and the UID). It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it must be reviewed by one admitted in Switzerland before this page is published — see section 10 on the cantonal position, which is the part a federal-only reading will miss. Complete the bracketed details first.

2. What this site is
Diva Escort is a private introduction agency operating in Switzerland. It coordinates social company — dinners, events, travel companionship — between consenting adults. Every companion presented here is an independent professional over the age of 18 who chooses freely which engagements to accept. The agency is not their employer.
Published rates are for time and social company, and for the agency’s coordination. They are for nothing else.
3. Age restriction
Access is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. An age check is shown before any content. By entering you confirm that you are of legal age in your own jurisdiction, and that adult material of this kind is lawful where you are.
4. Terms of use
Browsing this site makes you a user of it and implies full acceptance of this notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it in any way that could damage, disable or overburden it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
Any attempt to obtain the site’s content by means other than those we make available — and in particular any automated extraction that puts the service at risk — is expressly prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The design, source code, text and photographs on this site belong to the operator or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating any of it without written authorisation is not permitted.
The photographs of companions are protected twice over: by copyright under the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights, and by the personality rights of the person shown (art. 28 of the Civil Code). Copying, republishing or reusing them anywhere is unlawful and will be pursued.
6. Liability
We keep the site’s content current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of error or that the service is uninterrupted. Availability may be affected by maintenance, incidents at our provider, or events outside our control.
Where this site links to a third-party site, we have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Fair dealing
This site is operated in a manner intended to meet the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (LCD), which among other things requires that a commercial offer identify the person behind it and that its terms not be misleading. If you believe anything published here falls short of that, write to us at the address in section 9 and we will look at it.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is [the operator’s registered seat], without prejudice to any mandatory forum a consumer is entitled to under the Civil Procedure Code or under an applicable international convention.
[Switzerland has no single general out-of-court consumer dispute body of the kind EU member states designate, and the EU ODR platform does not apply here. Ask counsel whether any mediation route should be named in this section, and delete this bracket once decided. Do not name a body without confirming it accepts complaints of this kind.]
9. Contact
Anything to do with this site, its content or its operation: [CONTACT EMAIL].
10. Cantonal position — to be completed with Swiss counsel
⚠ This section is a placeholder and must not be published as written.
This sector is regulated at cantonal, not federal, level — and the cantons do not agree with one another. Several (Geneva and Vaud among them) have dedicated legislation on prostitution imposing registration and notification duties, drafted to reach operators of establishments and of escort agencies as well as individuals working on their own account. Others regulate the activity only through general public-order, planning and employment rules. Whether, and in what form, any of those duties reach an introduction agency organised as this one is — one that operates no premises and employs nobody — is a question of cantonal law that only a lawyer admitted in Switzerland can answer. It is the single most consequential open question on this site.
This site presents companions in twenty-nine towns across a dozen cantons. That does not automatically mean twenty-nine regulatory positions — the duty normally attaches to where the operator is seated and where the activity is organised, not to every town named on a landing page — but it does mean the question cannot be answered by reading one canton’s statute. Put the operator’s own canton to counsel first, and ask specifically whether presenting companions in other cantons changes the answer.
Once counsel has advised, replace this section with the accurate position, and complete:
- Canton of the operator’s registered seat: [CANTON]
- Cantonal registration or notification held: [REFERENCE, ISSUING AUTHORITY AND DATE — or an accurate statement that none is required, in the words counsel gives you]
- Authority it is held with: [AUTHORITY]
- Other cantons in which a duty was confirmed to arise: [LIST, or an accurate statement that none does]
- Person responsible under the cantonal framework: [NAME AND FUNCTION, if one must be designated]
Do not invent a registration number, and do not state or imply a compliance that has not been confirmed. An unfounded claim of cantonal registration is a worse exposure than an empty bracket: it is a false statement about a regulated status, made in writing, on a public page. If counsel’s answer is not yet in, leave this section as it stands and keep the page unpublished.
